Processing Times
Before your order heads out for delivery, it undergoes a processing phase where we verify details and prepare your items.

Please note that this processing period is not included in the estimated shipping timeframe. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carriers, the transit time begins.

Standard Shipping: Usually 10–14 days after the package has been shipped.

While we strive to meet these windows, please be aware that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors (such as customs delays or carrier peak seasons).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically update within 24–48 hours of the package being scanned by the carrier.
Delivery Issues
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 20 days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@clysten.com so we can investigate.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
International Shipping & Customs
Clysten is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
