At Clysten, we strive for excellence in every order. Because our items are processed with care, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for change-of-mind purchases. Please review the specific terms below regarding eligibility for compensation or returns.
Non-Refundable Purchases
In most cases, refunds are not an option. We do not offer refunds or returns if a customer simply dislikes the product, feels it does not suit them, or no longer desires the item. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Company Errors & Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the event of a direct company error. You are eligible for a full refund or a replacement only under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery: The package failed to arrive at the destination confirmed by tracking.

Customer Satisfaction & Compensation
If you are unhappy with your order for reasons not covered by our refund policy, we still want to make it right. While a cash refund may not be available, we may offer alternative compensation at our discretion, including:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reports made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process (Internal Errors Only)
If we confirm a refund is necessary due to a company error, we will notify you once the issue has been verified. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
